    As a Buyer representative, we work for you!   Traditionally, Realtors worked for the seller.  So, while we could spend hours of your time establishing what your needs are, we owed our loyalty and confidentiality to our client, the seller.  We could not truly advise you on price, market   conditions, or other terms if that advice could adversely affect the seller even if we had never met them!

    As a Buyer's Agent we enter into a contract with you, the buyer.  You become our client. We owe our loyalty to you!   We put your interests first and negotiate for the best price and terms for you.   We can access the information to help you make a wise buying decision.  Since it is our job to know the market, we make sure you formulate an effective offer.  Together we can avoid the pitfalls that buyers can find when they work alone.

    Our fee for this service normally is funded from the proceeds of the sale.  If it is not, we will help you structure your offer to result in the least amount of financial impact.
